Dominique and Catherine Publish Article on Skrift about Umbraco and Web Accessibility

Dominique Toumadje, Project Manager, and Catherine Stevens, Front-end Developer, have teamed up to show how you can make Umbraco websites more accessible during an initial build, lessening the future impact for clients and allowing more people to access a website.

Skrift is a community Umbraco web magazine that publishes original articles about developing in Umbraco as well as user experience, design, front-end technologies and broader issues like improving our community and quality of life.

Many of our clients have the need for more accessible websites, either to comply with regulations or to improve the ability of potential customers to access and use their sites. Accessibility is a complex topic, but Dominique and Catherine show us ways to make our Umbraco sites more accessible from the beginning, keeping the impact to clients minimal while allowing more users to access them.
