Deploying contour forms via courier

We built a Courier extension that allows us to deploy Contour forms! We based it off of this source. It is pretty neat. Here is the source. The plugin could use a little bit more love but it is doing the trick for us right now. This provider does not yet handle the deployment of field conditions and default values.
